Depending on your goals and individual style of learning,
I may offer "right-brain hemisphere" practices to support you
in managing intense emotions and accessing your natural
wisdom. These practices include guided mindfulness
meditation and Focusing, a method of tracking body
sensations that has been shown to increase the
effectiveness of therapy.
